Hello! Welcome to Life & Times of Ms. Carter!
Instead of writing about myself in the third person, I think it’s best if I just write this like my first blog entry. (This is so exciting).
My name is Tori Carter. I am a junior at St. John’s University in Queens, NY studying Public Relations and minoring in Sports Management. Public Relations is something that interests me a lot and I cannot wait until the day that I can call myself a professional publicist. Since my freshman year, I have had the pleasure of falling in love with the beautiful city of New York. From the variety of people, to the scenery and to that heartbeat which makes this city move so fast, everything about NYC feels just so right to me. Living in Queens and attending one of the most diverse campus in the nation, I have been blessed to meet so many people from all different cultures, countries and religions. The way my view of the world has changed since living in NY has helped me to realize that life is such a game of learning and opportunity.
Like Oprah, I have a lot of favorite things. In fact, I probably have too many favorites things. So here is my ultimate list of favorites:
